In addition to caring for existing health issues, Dr. Albert Nguyen emphasizes practical prevention, with the aim of helping patients attain their best possible lives.

His present practice builds on experience in HIV and Alzheimer’s disease research, and he gained residency training experience in general surgery at Harvard Medical School.

A University of Oklahoma medical and doctoral program graduate, Dr. Nguyen has coauthored papers such as “Thrombin, a mediator of neurotoxicity and memory impairment” (Neurobiology of Aging, 2004). His post-residency training included providing care at Sooner Road Family Medicine and the Midwest City Regional Hospital.
